Ash Polzin is a 20 year old who identifies as queer and nonbinary. They are an LGBTQ+ activist and study Social Justice at the University of Southern Queensland. They were diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of lifelong emotional abuse, and use their continued experience of the mental health system to advocate for mental health reform, as well as improved healthcare for transgender people.
